The gym had a good selection of weight machines. I also appreciated the free shuttle bus service to the airport. It ran every 30 minutes and was convenient for getting to the supermarket. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying.
The shower head did not provide enough hot water. I found the beds to be too hard. The temperature in the room struggled to reach a comfortable level, staying at 18.6 degrees Celsius.

The breakfast included a good selection of items. The hotel provided free parking. I also received a complimentary drink at the bar, which I appreciated.
The water pressure was very poor. The temperature in the shower was not consistent. The hotel had a nightclub across the street. It blasted music late into the night, and the hotel offered earplugs. They were not helpful.

The shuttle service from the airport was convenient. I received an upgrade to an executive suite! This suite came with a complimentary drink and a very nice room. I also appreciated the provided robes, slippers, and the inclusion of a bathtub.
The hotel did not accept cash payments at most places, somewhat inconvenient.

the staff was efficient ,and the check-in process was fast. the room was quiet ,so there were no disturbances from other guests or airplane noise. the shuttle bus operated on schedule ,which was very convenient. the restaurant service was professional ,and i had a great experience.
the hotel is in an industrial area ,and public transport to the city center is somewhat limited.

The room I was assigned was subpar. I noticed stains on the carpet and the bathroom fixtures showed significant wear. furthermore, the promised airport shuttle was not running on schedule. I waited nearly 45 minutes, causing considerable delay and inconvenience. the lack of prompt transportation created unnecessary stress

my coffee set had a used coffee wrapper but no unopened one. a couple of people in my group had quite dirty curtains in their rooms. it wasn't great.

the breakfast had a good selection. i saw fruit, cereal, fried food, pastries and cakes. the gym was available, and i had everything i needed there. the reception and bar looked gorgeous.
my room was not cleaned until late. they came to clean the room at 17:00. i had to wait an hour for the transfer bus. the driver passed us by even though the bus was empty. it runs every 30 minutes, i think.
